I called Pon to reserve two massages for a gift for my daughter and daughter in law for Mother's Day. I called a week in advance. She asked if it was okay that her sister did one while she did the other..I said no problem. The night before Mother's Day, which was Saturday night at 7:30 pm, she called and said that she wanted to cancel on me. I wasn't mad about the fact that she canceled the massages. I was mad that it was the night before Mother's Day and It was at 7:30 at night. I had absolutely no time to shop for gifts. This was the most unprofessional dealing I've ever had with a salon. Needless to say I was very mad and disappointed.
