I’ve been going here for years and I’ve noticed some common themes, probably because the staff changes so often. In the drive thru it’s hit or miss if I get what I actually order. The staff don’t know their products very well (i.e. if you order a promotional drink the day after the signs for it come down, they’ll have absolutely no idea what you’re talking about). If you walk in to order, it’s hit or miss if they remember to make your drink in the first place. Or, one of the baristas may actually grab your drink and take it to the back to drink themselves (yeah, that actually happened). It’s the only Starbucks within 70 miles and they know it because bottom line the service is simply bad. I only go and put up with bad service because it’s super convenient to swing by on my way to work without losing too much time. Go at your own peril!
Coffee is normal Starbucks good! Service is either great or absolutely terrible. We joke that they have an A team and a B team.
My wife just got back to the car after going back in to correct our order. It took 10 min and apparently the guy told her that our order was right (it wasn't even close), then was very disrespectful when confronted. Additionally, he didn't announce when the correct drinks were done and sat them in a different area than usual. My wife had to ask if they were ours after they had been done for a few minutes.
SO SLOW and overpriced. Didn't even taste good. Disappointed!!
Drive-thru is complicated when too many get in line (apx 7. Good thing it moves fairly fast). The location can be tricky to drive around. It’s on the corner of a small plaza parking lot and maneuvering can get awkward.
This Starbucks never gets our order right, and it's not complicated at all. We go through the drive thru for convenience then end up having to go inside and wait in line to get the right stuff almost every time. They also never have stuff in stock. Several times we've tried to order something from their special signs and they never have them. This place has gone way downhill since the renovation.
Employees are great. Inviting, accommodating, friendly, fast, pay attention to details. Everything you’d hope for when in a rush for caffeine!
