Check in and check out were very quick. Car was very clean and ready when we arrived. We will definitely rent from enterprise again.

They were professional and fast when getting the car. When returning the car, they could've used more help during the lunch hour when most people get that break to get their car or return it.
I have always had excellent service from enterprise. I think there is another rental place in Enid, a car dealership, but am happy with enterprise. My cars are always on time and in perfect condition. I was overcharged once but after bringing it to their attention, was credited immediately. I have had to be picked up and dropped off on different occasions and there was never a problem. The customer service is really good, too. After reading other reviews, it just seems like they've really improved.
