Awful awful awful! U can't diagnose someone in less than 5 minutes and tell them u can't help them if they are hurting bc u can't see what's wrong. And to use allergy medication ( when ur throat hurts so bad u can't swallow water & ur ears are aching)

Horrible horrible man! My five year old left traumatized. She was crying because she said her nose burned from a numbing solution, I ended up telling him that was enough after she wouldn't stop screaming. He stopped and said she was lying and was just looking for sympathy. When we got home and she took the Kleenex off her nose I noticed she had blisters inside and outside of her nose where the solution dripped!!! I am absolutely disgusted with that place and would rather drive to OKC!
my visit was horrible, I am 52 I have severe anxiety and gag badly. he was going to put a scope down my throat in the office, he stuck a mirror in back of my throat I gagged. he said I'm done! looked at me and said: "maybe you should see a psychiatrist and get your mental problem taken care of then come back. send her to the university (ou med center Oklahoma city) let them deal with it." and walked out. the staff, michelle was great. he was great seeing my grandson after tonsillectomy but I do not recommend him AT ALL!!!!!!!
Every time that we came to his office, we waited at least 30 minutes, we saw him for about 5 minutes. His assistant is great, the office staff is kind and they care, but they are horribly understaffed. My daughter was supposed to have her surgery scheduled before we left, but the scheduler was on the phone for so long helping someone else, she said that she would call me no later than the next day. It was important because my daughter has RA and had to stop her meds for 7 days before surgery. We didn't get a call back. I kept calling and I was repeatedly told that I would be called. I never got the call and my daughter suffered for no reason. I FINALLY got through and we scheduled a surgery date. I reminded her that my daughter had to be off of her RA meds for 7 days before and the surgery day was 4 days away. She told me that it was no 'biggie'. We went to the hospital the morning of surgery and he turned us away because she hadn't been off of her meds for 7 days and than 4 days was a 'biggie' after I told him what we had been told. Daughter still not operated on. I DO NOT recommend this surgeon. He's a fine enough at his craft, his bedside manner stinks and his office is very poorly managed.
