I'm so upset when they gave me 3:30pm appt. and I was there before 3:12 earlier at my appt. and they don't accept me I wonder why because I'm still early with my appt. staff said it should be 30 mins before my appt I need to be there because they are strict with the schedule. I couldn't get her point because if they are strict with the time they should follow the schedule they gave to their client, my point is I was there before my appt I'm still early I understand if I came like after my appt then it's fine to re schedule but I've waited this for almost 2 months and it's useless because you lie with your client you gave the wrong time wrong address also because the address that u have is not the exact location that u have.....so don't even tell to your client that your strict with the schedule because you guys don't follow the real schedule that you gave with us....
I wouldn't recommend her for gynecology at least for new patients.
