We are very disappointed with his and his staffs service. They treat our son like he is does not matter and Trojan will not return any of our calls after he suggests a new treatment. We are calling the board of medicine and letting them know how he treats his patients.
Our daughter requires very specialized treatment. Dr. Trojan and his staff have gone above and beyond to make sure that she receives everything she needs. He has helped us with insurance problems and made arrangements with Stillwater Hospital for her to receive treatments there instead of us having to drive all the way to Norman. When she was at Texas Children's Hospital in Houston, he gave me his personal cell phone number so that I could always reach him with any questions or concerns. He isn't afraid to refer us to specialists when necessary and to consult with national experts on my daughter's condition, and he keeps himself updated and educated on trends and new information about her condition and treatment. We are very pleased with Dr. Trojan and his staff.
Dr. Trojan has a broad range of knowledge and he is willing to listen and THINK. He takes as much time as necessary with each patient and sometimes gets behind, but that is more than offset by the excellent quality of care. Staff is friendly and helpful.
