If I could give this location 0 stars I would. Days later and I'm still furious over how poorly I was treated and how awful/unprofessional their customer service is. My negative experience started with the first time I walked in the door of this establishment. The door chimed as I walked in and two women who were sitting in the back room chatting, looked my way (making eye contact with me) and continued their conversation for nearly 5 more minutes. I just needed to purchase a box (that I'd later ship through this location) and the staff acted horribly inconvenienced that they had a customer to help. Later that same day, I returned to ship the box that I had packed up. I paid nearly $30 to have my package arrive at its destination in two days. This was a perishable/heat sensitive item being shipped to Phoenix, AZ where temps are over 90 degrees. A week later and my package still hadn't reached its location. I went back to this UPS store to try and figure out why my package hadn't arrived and I requested a refund for the extra money I had spent for it to arrive in two days. The woman (same woman who'd helped me the week prior when i originally shipped the item) was completely belligerent with me and refused to help me. Not only am I out $30 for the extra cost of shipping, but I'm also out the money from the contents of the package! I will NEVER return to this store and I will be filing further complaints with UPS and the BBB. It seems this isn't the first time this crook has done this based on other reviews.
Wow! I'm really not one to complain but this is one of the worst stores I've been to...ever. Every time I've been there it's taken me at least 20 min or longer... the store is SEVERELY understaffed, and the few employees that do work here are very rude! Plus they 100% ripped me off. I was mailing something that weighed less than a pound and it was "too big" to be sent normally and cost be $18 to ship. Seriously folks, save your money AND time and go to the postal service or staples.
Very pleasant people to deal with. Easy to get out of parking lot also. Very good fast and easy services.
Very cool, very nice people. The best place in Enid to take packages if you need some help getting them taped up and sent. Lots of parking, easy to get to and great people inside.
