So far so good! I use Culligan's water service on the 5 gal bottles of water. We bought our own dispenser, but the bottled water tastes great and is very reasonably priced. They deliver to our front door and swap out the bottles usually the same day we call.
They have poor business practices and overcharge. They will install a used unit in your house and charge you like its new. Take my advice, go to Sears and spend 300 bucks on a brand new unit and pay the 200 dollar install fee from a licensed plumber (they are not licensed). You will save thousands in the long run and be better off with a unit that wasn't previously used.
