Since that following Monday I have received numerous calls (including one today) asking for May payment. Sorry but I refuse to make that payment. I remind them of the situation every phone call & they claim someone is on their way to get it now.. lies!
I was having a problem with my dryer for 2 years, with the previous owners then Justin took over & actually listened to our side of the story & didn't just put us on the back burner like the previous owners did , he listened took action immidiatly & made sure we were happily taken care of! My family & I just want to tell you thank you Justin for making this right !!

Last Friday they promised they would be here early that morning. 5:00 rolls around and the boys had tball practice so we head to town. My mother in law & father in law are at our house waiting on aarons to show up. They never knocked on the door. Instead they put a slip on the door just a few inches away from the damn fridge saying they missed us!!
We moved the fridge to the front porch 2 weeks ago and it still sits there right now.
**This is NOT the original fridge we got from them months back.. if y'all remember me upset at them bringing me a midget fridge when our original fridge went out!!

Newly texts me and asks what Kip said and when I told him he was cursing at me he calls him himself.
So at 5:30 this afternoon I decide to call again & ask for Kip the "owner" which the manager himself told me to do. Kip gets on the phone & begins CURSING AT ME! "We've been out there many damn times now. We don't even do business that damn far out!" Then he puts me on hold and when I hear their annoying ads stop a young lady comes on the phone "we can pick it up Thursday" I told her No it was promised to be picked up today and it's gonna be picked up. "Who said it would be picked up today?" I tell her whatever manager was on duty Friday!
"We will never do business with y'all again" was the answer Newly got from Kip.
A few months back we got a fridge from them until we could purchase a fridge. My mother in law got a new one and gave us hers so we called aarons and told them to come pick this one up back in April after we had made April's payment. The young lady on the phone said they would be out here that Friday (April 28) I believe it was. She then called me back Friday and said there was a storm coming through so they couldn't come out that week it would be the following week. Being that the week fell in May she said we wouldn't be charged because it was their fault. I was fine with it staying a few extra days.
When we got home from practice Friday we were FURIOUS!! Newly calls aarons & claim we are liars and that the fridge at the front door wasn't the fridge we got from them and hung up on him 4 times!!
Horrible experience. I just need to rent a washer and dryer while I am here for work and it turned into a huge mess. I was supposed to be the first stop of the day and 2 phone calls and sitting on hold for 10 mins the drivers showed up at 12:10pm and then at 2:30 I received a call that they gave me the wrong appliances. I told them to come back at 5:30 when I got home and bring me the correct items. They did not show up till 6:45 pm. I called the office 3 times and was told they should be there....Then they show up and take the washer and dryer and tell me they will have to come back later on tonight because they did not bring mine. I told them I had dinner plans and was not going to sit here all night. They said I would be there first stop in the morning. It's now 11:40 I just called to see where they are and the girl that answered the phone said she can't give me a time or even guarantee I will get it today. I guy quite today and they now only have one guy. Wow! Don't recommend this place!!
This morning the manager himself calls me again for the millionth time asking for a payment!!! When I reminded him of the situation...AGAIN he said "oh ya I remember. Let me see when a driver can come out there" then hung up.
I had a great experience with Aaron's. The items are overpriced, but that's the business model for all furniture rental stores. This is the place to go to for short term use or for rebuilding your credit. They do report to the credit agencies only after you complete your lease.
Well I called the manager Friday & he said no one could come out then because all the deliver guys went home but he assured me it would be picked up MONDAY MORNING!
Here it is 6:30 & im patiently waiting on aarons...
