I tried this place or for the first time. I enjoyed the haircut, but felt ripped off as, since I didn't elect to get the MVP haircut, my first haircut wasn't free. A cheaper haircut than the MVP...Also, the predicted wait times are WAY off. I waited nearly twice as long as the stated time and remained "on deck." Their computer system also seemed quite glitchy, as they had to restart it at least twice while I was there. Again, great haircut, so I'll probably give it another try in a couple months. Perhaps they'll have the kinks worked out by then.
Great first experience! The cut was very clean and they made me feel at home. For all the Vance people, 20% off for military.
It was a bad experience all around. My DH told them what he wanted and they couldn't fathom the words that he was speaking. They passed the scissors around and had 4 to 5 girls cutting his hair at the same time because they couldn't understand a simple style. We will NOT be going there again. We also had to leave with his haircut no finished and looked like a kid cut it. We also had to come to Walmart to get them to fix it and pay anyway for someone who knew what they were doing.

Angela was my stylist. She did an amazing job on my cut. Very friendly and professional. The customer service was excellent from the time I walked into the shop till I left. One of the stylists even walked me to the door and held the door open for me. I would definitely recommend getting the MVP! It was an awesome relaxing experience.
