I've been going to urgent care plus since 2006. I see Dr. Jeff Jones who is an excellent physician. He is very down to earth, caring and question. He treats me respectfully at all times. The nurses are professional and at the same time really take the time to know you. I'll continue using urgent care plus!
Terrible facility. One reason, Jeff Jones. This guy will lie to you, and smile doing it. I believe that half the medications he prescribes are bottom grade, and useless. He doesn't seem very knowledgeable in many areas, and also speaks in "metaphors and analogies".. instead of medical terminology, that can be of use to the patient.
I've been going to Urgent Care Plus since 2004 never had a problem. The doctor I see is Jeffrey Jones a wonderful human being nonetheless I've been seen by others and I can say that I've been treated by professionals. Sometimes the wait is kinda long but I don't find that to be much of a problem.
Save your money and your time, go somewhere else.
No matter what ailment you may have, the staff is always friendly. With a limited staff, they serve each patient throughly and give them the attention they need. I don't like going to the doctor (who really does) but when I do I always go here.
The care is always great but the wait times listed are not being updated and are not even close to accurate. When i checked the wait times for my visit they stayed at 1and a half hours for one clinic and 30 min. For the other. When i asked about this, i was told that they were not even sure how those times were generated. Frustrating when you are trying to fit a visit into your day.
There is an older woman at the front desk that does nothing but twiddle her thumbs all day, getting any useful and legitimate information out of her is near impossible.
