Absolutely terrible customer service. This place and the people that work there are garbage. I called to get a copy of my driving record, the guy just walks away from the phone, then when I call back he got upset with me and said, "just call back or come in person man. We're busy." Do your job people. This place sucks.
Terrible customer service. Rude on the phone. They never double check paperwork submitted, and because of this we were charged for not registering a vehicle that was still on our file that we hadn't owned in 2 years.
Outstanding customer service is among the best on Enid. EVERY TIME. Rarely have I taken 2 steps inside their doors without hearing, "How may I help you?" They are competent and quick. I'm truly astonished to read any negative reviews. Over 20 years ago, before Gary Gregory owned and managed this business, it truly was the worst. Every experience had been a nightmare then.
Instead of asking us when it came up, they just charged us. When we questioned them that they didn't check the VIN number that we provided, they stated it wasn't their problem anymore and we'd have to get a refund from the state, not them. We ended up having to send in forms to the state showing we sold the vehicle, and were requesting a refund for the amount charged to us for this "non-registered fee". 3 months later we finally received our refund. Never again will we deal with them.
This is the only place I go to register my vehicles. They are polite, fast and friendly. I jumped through flaming hoops to get a PikePass, which Oklahoma has now "streamlined" by making it an entirely online process. However, you still have to wait 24 hours for your credit card payment to process and for the PikePass people to email you-- so you can pick up your windshield stickers.... I never received a confirmation email, but the ladies at Enid Tag Agency were able to look up my account and get my PikePasses ready for me to pick up. Highly recommend!!
