After round 3 of horrible service I have decided to never do business with this place again. 2 times they forgot part of our order and all 3 times it took an hour and a half to 2 hours to get our food including the time we had to stay in a hotel because tree limbs took out our electricity and the hotel was right down the street. This last time not only did our order take forever we were hung up on when we called to ask about our order.
I ordered to get 50% off and I only got 5 dollars off. I ordered 2 pizzas and a lot of sause cost me almost 40 dollars. I didn't get any sause. Didn't get my points. Mind you the pizza was great. I'm not pleased with this time. I only order from papa John's. I hope next time is better or I might have to try a different place.
Pizza was ok but customer service was horrible. If I wanted to be treated like this, I would get arrested for something incredibly stupid. As soon as I walked in, the guy rolled his eyes and was an ass and as I walked out of could hear him mutter. Never going back here again.
I drive truck for a living so usually in a different place every night. I have been a long time Papa John's customer and have always preferred there pizza over others. I ordered last night and use points I've accumulated over time for a pizza to be sent to my hotel I was staying at. I ordered about 11pm. Was told 21-31 min and I'll have it. Well not only did I not receive what I asked for, the quality of the pizza was horrible, not barely warm at all, and it didn't get to me till after midnight. Then the manager on duty last night was so out of it she didn't seem to even care. So I called back today and complained again and I keep getting the run around. Called the 800 number to papa John's and made a big complaint. We shall see what happens from there. Supposed to get it handled. Worst papa John's I've ever been to.
This Papa John's used to be decent but my last two visits have been horrible. My order has been wrong both times and while I sat at the drive through window waiting on them to remake my order I have seen multiple health code violations in the kitchen. So much so on my last visit that I couldn't feed the pizza to my family. I saw multiple employees eating and drinking in the food prep area and using their cell phones while wearing food prep gloves and not changing them before returning to work. This is unacceptable management. I understand it's hard to find good employees but someone needs to keep the bad employees in check.
