The detail was nice, but there was several things missing out of my car when I got it back..Then when I called about it l, they where pretty much like oh well about it.. Never go back.
They did a great job cleaning my truck back in 2013 but someone decided to steal my ipod and a credit card out of my truck. When I called about it I was basically informed I was dumb and didnt look in the right place and to bring my truck back and they can look for me. Well I am not blind nor dumb, I could clearly see it was missing. The manager or owner whoever she was spoke very rudely to me and could care less.i wish I was thinking more clearly and would have called the police and pressed charges. I am still greatly upset even though I got a new ipod, I lost all of my content which was thousands of dollars worth of music at my expense and irriplacable pictures as there was no "cloud" during that time. I can see from other reviews I am not the only person they have stolen from. Its very sickening. They will never know what they took from me, the memories from the military I carried and held on that ipod. No business will ever get a penny from me once yoh steal from me.
I spilled my blueberry breakfast shake in between the driver's seat and console creating a horrible mess. I called Roxie and she had me bring the car in right away to clean ASAP. What should be a disastrous stain is now a horrible memory to complain about on Facebook. Amazing customer service and even better price. I will be recommending the car detailing service to everyone.
