Jimmy is the worst manager I have ever seen place is ran down food is always old
They were very rude and they didn't even get our order right. My kid ordered a simple cheese burger plain and got pickles and ketchup with a Hint of hair on his cheese burger. Then the employees stand back there and talk trash about how there was no way a hair could have gotten on that burger. Well I work in fast food and the last thing you want to do is talk trash on your customers when you messed up in the first place. Then my husband's order wasn't right either but he ate it anyways. We will not be going back to this place and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
Good food for it being long johns and a&w
I absolutely love the cheese curds, they are better than BWW. If your go after a certain time at night you DO NOT get old food in old nasty grease, it's cooked fresh and always delicious, and if there is a wait they almost always give you some kind of upgrade.
Friendly and helpful employees but site is not clean and often out of condiments.
