Terrible experience. I had a scheduled appointment and they still took almost an hour just to get started. She didn't know how to drive a manual transmission and jumped the curb in first trying to back out of the parking spot. It took them another hour and a half to mount and balance 2 tires. I asked for the 2 new tires to be installed on the back but they put them on the front. They left most of the blown out tire in the bed. They kept my custom valve stem caps. They didn't replace the valve stems though they charged for it. She tried to charge me $75 over the quote. She was extremely rude. Holy cow I can't believe that's not all. I got home and checked torque. 3 lug nuts on the driver's side were under torqued. The other 5 must have been hammered on with an impact. Passenger side they were all over torqued. Both tires were inflated to 70 psi while Ford calls for 55 psi. This was the most terrible experience I've had in a long time.
Went there 4 times for an alingment and everytime i had to wait 2 to 3 hours and they couldnt get it right even though i changed all the parts brand new and when i went back the they just said ill just refund you your money i did everything i could even though they have a laser machine to do it. Took it to a mechanic shop the guy just eye ball it and got it right for only 10 bucks. This just shows they cant do their job stay away from them
tryed to force me to buy a new tire and wouldn't return my old tire until I got very upset
My daughter had purchased her tires here. She had a flat so I took it off the car and took it in at 10:21 this morning. Was told it would take 2 hours to fix it, 2 people were ahead of us. 2 hours later we showed up. 30 minutes later we were told they were about to fix it. 20 minutes later we were told it couldn't be fixed they hadn't broken it down. they hadn't looked at in all that time. Needed a new tire, 20 minutes more. would have gone somewhere else but other 3 tires are still from there. Don't know how they stay in business!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Right at 3 hours, just how I wanted to spend my Saturday.
