Didnt even have any cavities or teeth needing to be pulled. They just said i needed some kind of deep cleaning or something and was going to cost $1700. I'd hate to see how much it'd cost if you actually needed some work done. Won't be going there again.
Back In February I Went In For A Filling, The Tooth That Needed To Be Filled Was Very Obvious I Paid $80.00, Told Them Where It Was Bothering Me Said Okay! (They Should Have Had This On File Because I Had An Exam In August Or October 2016? And Notes On Which Tooth Was NEEDING To Be Filled) Took Me Back Filled My Tooth, Got In The Car Looked In The Mirror It Was The WRONG Tooth!! Called Them Back, They Said Come In Tomorrow So We Can Look At It Went Back They Gave Me X-Rays. And Then Told Me That The Lady Back In 2016 Who Was Completing My File NEVER Completed It And She Was Gone, & The Manager Would Call Me The Next Day To Make It Right. NEVER Received A Call Until Yesterday To Confirm My Cleaning "So I Went Back, Giving Them The Benefit Of The Doubt" The HYGIENIST Was AMAZING, The BEST Employee They Have Their Honestly! Talked To The Receptionist About What Happened She Mentioned The Tooth Had Gotten Worse And It Was Going To Cost Me More, But Yet It Could Have Been Taken Care Of In FEBRUARY, But Because SOMEONE Forgot To Complete My File I'm Now Stuck In A Bind! Manager Came Up Said She Didn't Have "Legs To Stand On" Because There Was NO Notes About The Entire Incident In My File!? Instead Of Trying To Make It Right! Thank Goodness It Wasn't A Root Canal Or Something More Then A Filling On The WRONG Tooth!!!! I Really Thought I Actually Found A Good Decent Dentist, But I Guess Not!
Lady doing my X-Rays was rude and unprofessional. I was told over the phone I would receive a 20% discount as a new patient, and my cleaning would cost me $66. Yet when I got to the office and after all those x-rays, the lady in the office told me they could not honor that 20% discount and that she did not know who would have told me such a thing. Therefore, the cost for my cleaning would have to be $82. Even though I showed the lady the notes I had written from my phone call she absolutely refused to honor the 20% discount. She was rude, uncompromising, unprofessional, so therefore I left. I will never go back.
Amazing service, fast, helpful, friendly. I had a tonne of insurance issues, Aspen worked above and beyond to help me get it squared away. Definitely will be back for further dental needs.
AVOID ASPEN DENTAL!!! Avoid this joke of a dentist named Roger Andrews! This was the most horrible experience I have ever encountered. The staff are pathetic, unprofessional and completely disorganized. The most poorly run office I have ever seen. Never have I encountered a place where they cared less about taking care of the patient. You are treated like livestock! This so called dentist is a sorry excuse for a human being and should be avoided at all costs. Save yourself a terrible experience and go anywhere but to Aspen Dental in Enid Oklahoma. If you go there you are a fool!
