My sales rep was great and so was the assistant manager but the store manager was extremely rude with every encounter. The previous ones were nothing but professional but this one would barely answer a question then answer as she rolled her eyes and walked off.
So far I've been pleased with the phone service and the employees at the store seem knowledgeable.
