I needed to get a new phone, I bought the Samsung j7, awesome phone. Especially for the price. Representative give me free case and car charger. Some how it ended up on my bill. I went back in and talked to a manager, told me that it wasn't free. I wanted to return it, he said no. whats the point of having a tmobile store, if reps are gonna screw you over. I have also come to pay my bill, and waited several times, there will be one worker in front, and laughing and playing sounds behind "Employees Only" door. Very displeased, just to pay my bill with cash I have to wait. Then someone finally gets done, and they just stand there. Some very knowledgeable staff and some not so knowledgeable. Thinking about switching to Verizon.
Not a bad place. There associates here are mostly knowledgeable of things like plans and additional info for the plans. The equipment side of info... Well they could do considerably better. I expect ppl that work in a place like this to know the hardware aspects of the business.
