Very nice staff very clean inside does not have the typical giant Gym Rats screaming and slamming freeways everywhere I believe they have a contract though and they are on the more expensive side then the other gyms in town
Great place to workout.
I've been attending this gym for years. There may be cheaper gyms in town but you get your money's worth here. What I love most is that it's 24/7 so it fits my crazy schedule. I always feel comfortable here, I don't feel intimidated, and there's plenty of workout equipment to go around.
Great Facility, Great People; Highly recommend going the extra mile and enlisting the services of one of their knowledgeable personal trainers. The results will speak for themselves.
