It's a gym. Barely.. It's more so for people who wanna say they've been at the gym for 2 hours today but realitcally haven't done anything. So, it's a beginners gym. The weights are limited, you can get kicked out for being to muscular, and can't wear certain shirts in fear of intimidating people. If you like all of those things go ahead and go to this gym.
Great place to work out. Very casual and laid back.
They keep it clean if something is sorry they get it clean immediately and all the staff are very helpful and nice. Also have excellent equipment.
Nice gym to go for and only pay $15 A month!!
Lots of equipment. Plenty of room. Not too crowded.
