Last night we fed our entire football team, cheerleaders and families at ihop in Enid. We showed up about 10:15 pm, the staff was ready for us. Our orders were all correct and very timely. We appreciate your accommodation to us. The service and food was awesome. Thank you again for feedings us. We'll definitely be back!!
I had no more than a ten minute wait and the food was great. My eggs were exactly as I wanted, the crapes were off the charts, and I loved the coffee. Eric (my server) was awesome. A guy with smarts, ethic, and etiquette; he never even let my cup get half-empty. I'll definitely be returning to this particular IHOP!
Horrible. Waitress that took our order never came back to help. Other waitresses were hesitant to help us. I order the spinach omelette with slice cheese on top not the sauce that goes on it and when I asked for the sauce, it was cold in the saucer. Waitress never came back to get our payment. Hardly anyone was there so it wasn't busy. We had to get our own silverware off other tables as the waitresses watched. Worst IHOP I have ever been too. This is my first review I have ever gave. The food there is terrible!!! Microwaved food.
Have gone a few times and it always takes forever to get service. Make sure you have at least 2 hours to spend, start to finish. You often wait to be seated, always wait a ridiculous amount of time for them to.take your order and even longer to get it. Even when you finish they are tending to clean up, shift change etc and you have to find someone to give you a ticket even after they walk by many time and can clearly see you have finished. This is not to mention they are often out of menu items, quite often. I have quit going there due to the service or recommending them to our customers at work traveling through. I patron other locations but not this one.
first ihop i go to where the waitresses are clueless and forget your food is ready and needs to be served. Also clueless as to what a customer can order and variations to food orders. I ordered a CFS(country fried steak) with poached eggs, which the waitresses called wierd eggs, coutry potato fries, they gave me french fries with parsley lol. I wouldnt recomend eating here.
