When someone asks for no lettuce it means no lettuce 5 minutes ago clearly they are not the sharpest tool in the shed
None of the outside lights are working on the building or in the parking areas. It's a dangerous slip and fall area and puts customers at a security risk. Owners are also missing business by being in the dark. Mentioned it to employees the last couple of times and they almost run away from the counter to avoid talking about it. Owners take note. If you don't light the place up...you may be boarding up the place on closure.
I love when my taco platter has a large plastic lid from their sour cream dispenser sitting right on top of my sour cream. Never a dull moment at the Enid Taco Bueno! And all after a 30 min. wait in the drive thru just to get our order taken.
The food is good if they get your order correct. Lately the help is nice but not efficient. Since they started having one day specials I find they are always ill prepared for them and run out early. Need better management.
Horrible horrible horrible!!!! They didn't have any of the chicken taquitos available because they would take 5 minutes and the person acted as if it was too much trouble to make them so we ordered two beef and they were so old that the meat looks rotten and is all shriveled up into the center of the taquito. Definitely the worst taco bueno i have ever been to
