Nice and Friendly.Reasonable prices
The staff is nice and orderly. The veterinarian Dr. Olson was rude. The dog food you use is terrible for your dog if it's not the one he suggest. Blue Buffalo apparently. I wont take my animal back there unless a new veterinarian is there.
The vet is very rude and will charge you for TONS of testing you didn't authorize and THEN hold you hostage to pay the bill (at least half of it) and THEN you get your pet back. Told him we were on a budget of about $100.... He then kept our ferret and ran up hundreds of dollars in tests- around 800 to be exact- ALL for a urinary infection!! What a HACK job! So we paid half of it and I refuse to pay the other and don't really have the money. Of course now he sent it to collections and it's on my credit but I don't believe in paying for stuff like this. I HONESTLY don't even think he ran the tests and just charged me for them. Just DON'T use him..
Dr. Olson is awful. He is rude and many animals that go in don't come back out. He will hold your animal hostage if you don't pay him an outrageous price. My dog had a 'possible' broken leg and when I talked to "Dr" (if that's what you want to call him) Olson I told him I only had $75 so he looked my dogs legs over and said "yeah, it's probably broke but since you don't have the money I'm not going to do x rays". He then charged me the whole $75 just for a 10 minute exam. All he cares about is money and he should have his license taken away. If you love your pet DONT BRING THEM HERE!!!!!!!!!! THAT IS A VERY SERIOUS WARNING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Great experience. Dr. Olson was knowledgeable and professional. Everyone was very kind and courteous to me and, more importantly, to my pet.
