They mail you phishing type letters with urgent wording and "official" department names. It came in a 3 edge sealed envelope.

I almost down-voted the place because they got me in and out so fast that I only got to drink half of my coffee and read two pages of my book. Great service. Prices were on part for the level of care. Totally worth it.
So my husband contacted Jackson's about a pickup and we went over on Saturday to check it out. While doing the test drive the maintenance light come on and the tire light was on. So my husband asked why are these lights on? Oh we will fix whatever it is, we will make it right. When we were signing the papers they added a 2500.00 warranty. Then we were told when your warranty kicks in and we will fix it. It took 30 days for it to kick in. But on the very next Monday the truck started a squealing noise and the check engine light come on. My husband called them and he was told to bring the truck back on Saturday, he will set up a time in the shop. We got there and there was not an appointment set up for us. Needless to say my husband was mad. But we left it there and they gave us a loaner which is another story. My husband called them and they said it was something with the fuel system. But they wanted us to wait till the warranty to kick in because it will be an expensive fix, but it would be almost a whole month. So they said they would take it to another shop and double check it. Amazingly it was only a gas cap. They ordered a new one and they were kind enough to bring it back to us. When he pulled up the truck was still squealing. But it does not make that sound all the time ok that fine. So on Tuesday morning I start the truck and the check engine light was on again. I have been driving it with it on since then. So I called them this morning to see about setting up a time to have them fix it and i was told I needed to take it to a Toyota dealership so we could use the warranty. We talked to the warranty place and they told us as long as we take it to a licensed mechanic they would cover it. I would not have a job if I gave customer service like this.

I am very impressed with this dealership. I have been having some engine problems, nothing serious, but I wanted to get it looked at before heading back home 5 hours away. I first tried a dealership in Tulsa because I was there for work, and they refused to Help me two days in a row. I show up to Jackson's of Enid, and they immediately helped me without hesitation. I even had a brake light out, and they fixed it for free. They cleared all my codes, and had me on my way. I appreciate this dealership sincerely, and the people who helped me. This is definitely a place that will be my first option
Included is a what looks like a check and even on the back it has an endorsement spot and a heat sensitive ink. Just super scummy
