I have purchased 32 cars and trucks. some old is buckets some brand-new from dealers in my life this going off this experience I would give a fair rating of C+, 3 out of 5 stars or 76% out of 100 it takes a be for me to repeat
Purchased Dodge Ram 1500 aprox 3 years ago . No trade , just bought outright. This month Oct. 2017 I was upside down because of the $ 3295.00 service contract, the Titanium plus BS protection for $599.00 & the GAP protection for $899.00. All total $4800.00. Took the truck in to have the sales mgr. appraise it because I just wanted to sell it outright. He said the truck was really clean. I had everything repaired on the truck & had it professionally detailed. Didn't need anything but a new owner. He spent 1/2 hour driving it & on his computer. His offer was $6800.00. Give me a break. All the auto value websites rated it from 8900.00 to 10,200.00 for trade in value. Went to several other places & finally sold it for 9200.00 to another GM dealer in Enid. If they had it on their lot they would have it priced at 12500 to 13500. Do you really need to make $5000.00 on a used car when you sell it? Not from me. Moral of the story is dont fall for all the extra BS they try to get you to purchase when you buy used. This was an expensive lesson to learn. Your service & parts departments are awesome. Never will I return to your sales lot or recommend anyone else do so. Thanks for letting me rant.
Bought our 2014 dodge charger at Northcutt. We also bought the extend warrtany. I have attempted to use it three times and its a joke along with Northcutt service dept. Didnt know I was suppose to have esp and schedule an appt for a check in light coming on. Will never and should have bought another manufacturer car from another manufacturer that didnt make the car nor stand fully behind the extend warrtany which should be labeled as a we stand by it till you leave the lot. Very very bad never will buy in enid okla again.

I visited the service department with a check engine light on my dash. They did a preliminary courtesy check of the engine and found no problems. They then pulled my vehicle in to one of the bays and did further checking. Within minutes, they had diagnosed the problem and imformed me what it was. They then then checked to see if I had any warranty on my vehicle. They saw that the repair would be covered by the powertrain warranty. They repaired the vehicle in a very timely manner. They were very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them for any repairs that you may need on your vehicle.
