Everyone at Northcutt was awesome! Especially our salesman Matt Dalton! He did not pressure us at all. It was a great experience considering I don’t do very well under that kind of stress. They made it so easy and if I could remember everyone’s name I’d mention them all! So I just want to give a shout out to Northcutt! Thank you so much and I love my Jeep!!!!
"Bought elsewhere because of poor service" - Disappointed Enid resident
We walked into the Enid dealership expecting to purchase a car that day. We had looked at cars previously with Tom Gray, so my husband requested him. I brought the certified True Car price we received from Northcutt with us as well as an invoice and quoted price from another out of town dealership. We went to see if Northcutt could get close on price and model, as the True Car quote I received from then was close but still higher than the other dealership for the exact same car. We preferred to purchase locally, but it didn't happen. We were told our True Car certificate was invalid with no explanation. We were also told we had to wait approximately an hour to see the credit department before any of our questions could be answered. Granted they weee busy that day, but we already had secured financing, and Tom Gray was aware of that fact. We had already visited other dealerships and were aware of sales practices. We didn't need our credit run, or to be filtered out. We were ready to purchase. Finally, we just said we would leave after all of his stall tactics. I asked as we were leaving who we were supposed to talk to negotiate a car. I got no answer. We drove to OKC stopped at first Toyota dealership, Jim Nortons, and purchased the supreme version of the same car for thousands less than Northcutt. Do your homework. My husband and I are a professional couple with a solid income who had purchased several used vehicles from Northcutt in the past. Never again. Don't know if he didn't have the authority to make deals or talk about negotiations without the approval of his sales manager or what, but not the way to do business. He had no interest in working with us. Maybe it's like many things in a small town, and it's about who you are and what they perceive you have. Very disappointed in the whole process.
Best sales experience yet! Being from out of State (Louisiana) and conducting a purchase, we were initially hesitant to purchase. Shane treated us like family and the Staff was professional. They delivered us our vehicle and even the driver was great. Best prices within 500 miles and seamless buying experience.
Excellent buying experience! Chuck Clingenpeel bent over backwards to be helpful and honest as the salesman and the whole staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I have now bought two cars from them and if I buy a third I will go directly to them again!
