Don't take your car to this place guys. I took my car there to fix the knocking noise whenever i pressed the gas on the car. When i went to get my car after 2 days (too long), he had replaced the 3 mounts which he thought was the problem, bt not so. He couldn't figure it out. I got a bill of $ 325 to take my car out without having it fixed jst to pay for the 3 mounts he replaced. I feel like a total idiot paying all tht money for nothing....
Great shop. Incredibly reliable, cheap, and quick.
My experience was horrible... poor customer service, poor comunication, quote was ok, and was a "quick" job that took 4 days for them to even touch my car, the parts were put on well and he did a good job on that, but he didn't put on all the parts and I didn't get the parts back that I brought to him, my exhaust hanger is loose and now my exhaust rattles... annother shop would have checked all this before finalizing the car... I paid more than his quote for him to do what speed tech on north grand quoted me less than his initial quote... but I heard good things bout mikes and my car is my baby... this was a joke.
