I have used them several times for several different things. I think Doug is fair honest and dependable. Yes you have to schedule but it's only fair for him to put industrial oil field things first. Those people have big pocket books and pay top dollar.
They over book with not enough staff. If labor book says 9 hrs usually it means 9 days not hrs. The staff that does work there have great customer service. They are not to good to take the customer in the garage & explain what the problem was, where its located, what to look or hear for if it should happen again. Most auto mechanic shops will fix the problem w/o asking the customer & then hand the customer the bill & then there's big prob cuz they never asked the customer what a would like done. Speed Tech will call customer & inform them, however until the customer shows up & gives written permission then it will be taken care of.
