My husband and I both had work done in june, they surprised us both while in the chair with an added fillings that was not discussed during the original exam. Thinking they new best we allowed the additional work to be done. We then spent the next four months going back and forth with them and insurance on payment. The insurance said that it had been paid in July and we should not owe any more to TLC, TLC said they never got paid. After several final notices from them I managed to get it worked out, it may have been a simple mistake on TLC's end but I felt like I was being pawned off to the next person in hopes that I would just pay them and they would have received double payment. In my book that's in moral! Also my husband and I are still having problems with the teeth that had been worked on and I'm afraid that the root canal I had done was done wrong and will have to be done again.
This place is outstanding. Dr. Lack is the best dentist hands down and his staff goes above and beyond. I brought all three kids (2,4,6) in for appointments along with myself and it went great. The staff was patient and new exactly how to handle my kids. This is the place to go for great service.
Excellent staff ! Dr. Lack and Dr. Robert's make everything pain free, and were more than willing to work with me financially ! I totally recommend TLC Dental !
Dr. Roberts filled my 7 year old son's first cavity today. He did an outstanding job at keeping him calm and relaxed! He was very gentle and thorough. He made it a point to explain to my son kind of what to expect before actually doing anything! He wasn't even bothered by the bathroom break midway through! It was a very pleasant experience for my son and I both and we are very pleased with Dr. Roberts!
The staff is amazing with Kids. They allowed my girls to touch, feel and play with the instruments to get them comfortable. My 4 year old can't stop talking about how fun the Dentist is. Dr. Lack was great with both of them. My 22month old wouldn't let him do much but he was patient and did well with getting her to open up so he could at least get a view of her teeth.
