Great room...quiet and clean. Definitely will stay there again.
This location could learn a thing or two about how to care for thier guest from the la Quinta in mcalester.
Looks nice, but unfriendly staff, even the manager. Towels where dirty and stained looking. And they didn't clean the room ever. My husband and his Co workers stay here when they are forced to be away from their loved ones for work. The company pays alot of money for them to be there. They should be treated like valued guest.
The management of this location is not good. I had a reservation made days in advance and was on official travel. When I arrived, it turned out they did not have a room for me even though they could see my reservation. At 11pm, I was turned away even though I reserved in advance. They did not even offer me a room somewhere else or anything to make up for their mistake! DO NOT STAY HERE. They are unprofessional and not caring.
Nice rooms but the evening employee isn't very friendly. But the day team is nice.
The newness is gone. I had issues with the TV and the air conditioning. Better getting breakfast elsewhere
