I will never come back to this furniture store again. I bought beds for my kids and I a recliner for my husband etc. the first delivery I received was supposed to be between 2-6pm but didn't show up until way after very upset but the two guys who delivered my belongings first asked if I received a call from the owner nope I didn't! Needless to say I did not receive my recliner the same day as my beds and on top of that they sold my kids mattresses. Well yesterday was supposed be the day I got my recliner no call absolutely nothing I am very pissed I feel like I've have gotten the worst service from that place
Female manager arguing on phone. We were mostly ignored by the staff. Suggested I go online when I am standing in the store. Not impressed with cheap selection. Ms. Negast was more interested in herself. My wife says they got two trips in one. Our first and last. We will shop Garfield furniture.
I honestly couldn't believe the reviews here but then you stop and think of how much business this company has done in Enid thru the years.... This isn't a FRACTION of it. So don't read these reviews of a few people who had bad encounters. No matter how busy they are they always stop to greet us and help us with anything we're looking for. The ladies here always are pleasant to talk with and hold a conversation with! It's their job to sell but also I feel like they truly care about their customers. Garfield furniture was trying to sell us a garbage sectional that would fall apart within a year.. We'd looked up the reviews on the model and found out why it was priced like it was..
We aren't made of money and can't afford to buy a new couch to replace the junk one we just bought...
Just plain awful experience, I ordered a bed from them and it was delivered on time but a piece of the bed was late. That was fine, they said they'd bring it next week when it came in. I didn't hear from them for 4 months and decided to call about it. They said they bring it the following Monday and never showed up again. Will probably not ever shop here again. Their customer service over the phone could really use some work as well.
I prefer to shop in places where my money will go back into the local economy. Found better service elsewhere.
At any rate don't be taken back by a couple bad experiences. Drop in there and take a look yourself! This place I feel is amazing because they carry stuff in various price ranges from low to high. Want an affordable couch that looks nice? They have that.. A higher end couch set? They have that too. And they don't look at anyone and think- oh they are too poor to shop at our store or probably won't buy anything.. They always treat us good and are always trying to help us find what we want. They also give you your space if you tell them you're just looking. My kind of store! =)
