My experience here was authentic and very satisfying. I came across Stuart Nissan during my search for a Rogue and drove over from Stillwater. What initially brought me here instead of any other dealership was their excellent reviews and the testimonies of people who were extremely happy with their purchases over the years. When I arrived I met Matt Lopez who I instantly connected with. I can't recommend him enough! It was a very comfortable buy and I left with the car that I needed as a musician and someone who travels around a lot. Peace of mind means a lot and I found that here.
So my cars transmission went out a month ago. I bring it in and they say they will look at it that night. 1 week later they still haven't looked at it. 1 week later they said it is the transmission and they will be getting the transmission in by the end of the week. Now another week past and they say it came in so I call 2 daya later to see if it done( which they said they would call me the next day but they didn't) Then they say they haven't got it yet so I call 2 days later and the front desk says they got it in last week. Anyways this place is horrible and lies I wish I would have went somewhere else.
I visited this place a few times in search of a Nissan NV. The salesman was unable to get me financed, so he recommended a Nissan Titan. I looked at the vehicle online, as it was not yet available in store. He promised to call me back as soon as it was ready. That was 10 months ago, and I'm still waiting for that call...We ended up buying a vehicle from a different dealership in Enid. I recommend Steven's Ford or Jackson's over Stuart Nissan.
Most down to earth helpful, friendly and yet professional guys. They listen to what fits you and your budget and they make it happen. They make the experience fun not dreadful unlike most typical dealerships which drags on for hours and B*** S*** you into getting into an over the price monthly car payments but these guys made my it very convenient and simple.
