Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very clean and spacious rooms with great house keeping. The breakfast is very tasty and abundant. All around a great experience and good place to lay your head.
Bathroom was nasty... Someone's hair in the tub, toilet had mold growing in it, someone's soap residue was still in the tub (found it by sticking my hand in it, yuck), and the tub only drained when you held the button down. After discovering all this at 1130pm and 7am the next morning couldn't help question if the sheets had even been changed. They have a nice spread for breakfast, but since they can't seem to clean a bathroom I didn't care taste test.
Would give a zero if I could. Room had wet carpet. When we notified front desk they said they knew about it but nothing they could do. Also the bathroom had mold growing on the ceiling. Smell was terrible. Small out dated beds. It was so bad, we moved to another hotel that night....would not recommend anyone to stay. July 2017.
Room was not the one I thought I was getting according to the web site. I thought I would have the king size bed with Jacuzzi tub. Instead it was the regular one. My air conditioning wasn't cooling properly and I reported to the front desk. The attendant Deshay was extremely accommodating, she offered me another room and it was the one I should have been getting with the Jacuzzi. I was very grateful and everything worked out just fine. I will definitely stay again.
I had a very nice stay. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The continental breakfast was basic as usual but nice.
